Contact HardwarePlant — send a drawing, a standard code or a sample
Send a drawing (STEP or DXF), a standard code, a photo with measurements, or a reference sample, plus quantity per size and destination port. That is enough for a source factory to quote.
| Item | Why it is needed |
|---|---|
| Drawing (STEP) + dimensioned DXF, or a standard code | Determines tooling, tolerance and whether the part is standard |
| Material / property class and coating | The two attributes that explain most of the price spread |
| Quantity per size, not just per item | Factories price by weight and plating batch |
| Annual or repeat volume | Moves the unit price more than any negotiation |
| Destination port and incoterm | Sets the shipping basis and the port of the belt |
| Target price band | Lets the factory pick the compliant grade instead of the cheapest |
Include a phone or WhatsApp number if you want the answer by message rather than email; hardware quotations usually come back within the working week once the six items above are complete.
Business email, telephone and the physical counter/sample address are published here as soon as they are confirmed. Until then the platform accepts enquiries only through the address listed in this site footer.
